DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
A deposit of $500 per angler is required within 10 days of the reservation request - the balance is due 90 prior to the scheduled arrival at the lodge. Should a cancellation be necessary, Crocodile Bay Lodge must be notified at 7375 Redwood Blvd., Novato, California 94945-7019 or contacted by phone at 1-800-733-1115, 90 days in advance of the arrival date, and the deposit of $500.00 will be returned less a small handling fee of $75.00 per person. If there is a cancellation between 60 and 30 days prior to arrival all monies will be returned less the $500.00 deposit. If there is a cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival or there is a no show, then all monies will be retained by the Lodge. The Lodge highly recommends the purchase of trip cancellation insurance, which can be provided by your travel agent.
The Lodge, its employees and agents, assumes no liability for the service of any transport conveyance which may be used in providing service to the guest. Neither will the Lodge be responsible for adverse weather conditions, acts of God or any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may occur for any reason, including neglect of index of any individual or company engaged in providing serves to guests. The lodges, its employees or agents, reserves the right to withdraw trips and if necessary or advisable, alter the itinerary or arrangements of guests. Additional expenses or refunds will be for the account or the guest.
